My new chef’s knife:

gs27.jpg

A Kikuichi Gyuto Western style 9.5″ chef’s knife. It came with a wooden sheath and a box wrapped in delicate origami-type paper, tied with raffia. I think I’m gonna name her Cutty. Me so happy.

My old knife, Stabby, works better on zombies.

  2. Those Japanese mandolin’s are thirsty for blood! I think they are programmed for revenge for WWII.

  6. Actually, I bring Cutty to the bar every Saturday night. That’s why I’m always assuring everyone that, at 3 a.m. and drunk, I don’t need help getting home.
